How it Works
Stress Check
This is how it works:
- Linkura sets up a site where employees order their stress check.
- The measurement equipment is sent home to the employee together with instructions and a return envelope.
- The measurement lasts for 3 days. The device is worn in everyday life when you live as usual. Linkura is available for questions and support should it arise.
Stress load in real time
The employee sees their stress load in real time directly in the app from day 1. After 3 days, a compiled health result and recommendation is displayed.
Anonymized group report
After the measurement is completed, the equipment is returned in the enclosed return envelope. In an anonymous group report, you as an employer can follow the health situation in the group to see how you can best continue work for even better well-being
Positive Changes
Digital stress measurements are recommended twice a year. Then challenges related to stress have time to be caught before they become a problem and positive changes have time to take effect.
